Joining the previously announced Carolee Carmello (Donna Sheridan), Liz McCartney (Rosie) and Judy McLane (Tanya) will be Sara Kramer (Sophie Sheridan), Aaron Staton (Sky), Daniel McDonald (Sam Carmichael), David Beach (Harry Bright), Mark L. Montgomery (Bill Austin) and Ben Gettinger (Pepper). The company also features Keisha T. Fraser (Lisa), Rebecca Kasper (Ali) and Albert Guerzon (Eddie).
Sara Kramer, who played Sophie in Mamma Mia!'s national tour, will be making her Broadway debut at the Winter Garden. Aaron Staton, who has appeared in regional productions of Jesus Christ Superstar and Oliver, will also be making his Broadway debut in Mamma Mia! Daniel McDonald earned Tony and Drama Desk nominations for his work in Steel Pier and was also seen on Broadway in High Society. David Beach's Broadway credits include Urinetown and Moon Over Buffalo, and his Off-Broadway work features roles in Message to Michael, Modigliani and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. Mark L. Montgomery and Ben Gettinger will also be making their Broadway bows in the ABBA hit; Montgomery was seen in regional mountings of The Time of Your Life and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof; Gettinger's regional credits include Side Show, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof, Grease and Twelfth Night.
Mamma Mia! features music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, a book by Catherine Johnson, direction by Phyllida Lloyd and choreography by Anthony Van Laast. The musical celebrated its 1,000th performance on Broadway March 4.
