PlayBlog Broadway's Neumann Wins Daffy's Apartment Fashion retailer Daffy's caused a considerable stir this summer with the launch of a contest that extended its discount pricing into the world of Manhattan real estate.

Nearly 3,000 people submitted 30-second videos in a bid to win a massively discounted 10-month rental lease for a fully furnished 1,380-square-foot luxury apartment in the West Village.  The winning contestant would receive a whopping 90 percent off of the estimated monthly rental value of $7,000 and pay a mere $700 a month for the two-bedroom property at One 7th Avenue South.

The other four finalists vying for the apartment were rapper and day trader Nolan Myerson, comedian Dartanion London, singer Terrell Lane and actor Tom Protulipac.
