News Broadway's Once Lines Up a West End Theatre; Performances Will Begin in March 2013 The multiple Tony-winning musical Once is heading to the West End. According to the UK's Daily Mail, it will begin performances at the Phoenix Theatre in March 2013.

The Phoenix has been the longtime home of Blood Brothers, where it has been running since 1991, which closes Nov. 10. Before Once arrives, it will house a West End run for the touring production Goodnight Mr. Tom, beginning performances Nov. 22 for a run that is booking through Jan. 26, 2013.

No further details are available yet, but a West End production has been widely expected, given that the principal creative team is Anglo-Irish, including book writer Enda Walsh, director John Tiffany, set designer Bob Crowley and orchestrator Martin Lowe, all of whom won Tonys for their work on the show, as well as Tony-nominated choreographer Steven Hoggett.
