A second presale for Seminar will be available through Audience Rewards (www.audiencerewards.com), the official rewards program of Broadway, Sept. 12-16.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Sept. 17 and will be available through internet and phone sales by visiting www.telecharge.com or calling (212) 239-6200.

For in-person purchases, the Golden Theatre box office (252 W. 45th Street) will open Oct. 6. Tickets are $51.50-126.50, with Premium seating also available.

Seminar will begin previews on Oct. 27, with an opening night set for Nov. 20 at 6:30 PM. Sam Gold (Circle Mirror Transformation, The Aliens, Tigers Be Still, Kin, The Coward), in his Broadway debut, directs the new play by the author of Pulitzer Prize finalist and Peabody Award winner Rebeck (Mauritius, The Understudy, Omnium Gatherum, The Family of Mann, Spike Heels, NBC's upcoming "Smash").

In Seminar, according to the producers, "four aspiring young novelists (including Ms. Rabe and Mr. Linklater) sign up for private writing classes with Leonard (Mr. Rickman), an international literary figure. Under his recklessly brilliant and unorthodox instruction, some thrive and others flounder, alliances are made and broken, sex is used as a weapon and hearts are unmoored. The wordplay is not the only thing that turns vicious as innocence collides with experience in this biting new comedy."

The play's producers are Jeffrey Finn, Jill Furman, John N. Hart Jr., Patrick Milling Smith and Roy Furman.
