Directed by Paul Todaro, the comedy will play through Feb. 8.

Is He Dead?, according to press notes, "recounts a fictional story of the brilliantly non-fictional painter, Jean-Francois Millet, who succumbs to the pressure from his friends and stages his own death in hopes of increasing the value of his paintings. The devious plot is fully realized with the aid of mistaken identities, cross-dressing, a funeral and German food."
The production features sets by David King, costumes by Dixon Reynolds, wigs by David Bova, lighting by Brian Cavanagh, sound by Tom Makar and set properties by Jonathan Zencheck.
Show times are Thursdays and Fridays at 8 PM, Saturdays at 4 and 8 PM and Sundays at 2 PM. Tickets, priced $32, are available by calling (716) 829-7668.
