News Burt Bacharach Musical Close to You Heads Into London Recording Studio The West End production of Close to You—Bacharach Reimagined, a retitled version of What's It All About?, is set to release an album recording. The news was announced by the show's co-creator Kyle Riabko, who posted photos from the recording studio on his Instagram account last week.

Originally presented at New York Theatre Workshop in 2013, the production re-imagines and celebrates more than 30 Burt Bacharach classics. 
After being introduced to Bacharach at a Los Angeles recording studio, Riabko created a series of demos with the legendary composer's blessing. "It’s brilliant. Kyle has done something truly unique with my music. I loved it!" Bacharach said of the show.  The production recently had its London debut at the Menier Chocolate Factory and officially opened at the West End's Criterion Theatre Oct. 15, following previews that began Oct. 3. The run is initially booking through Jan. 10, 2016. An official release date for the album recording has not yet been announced.
