News Café Carlyle Will Welcome Back Paulo Szot and Christine Ebersole in 2012 Tony Award winners Paulo Szot and Christine Ebersole will return to the Café Carlyle with intimate evenings of song this winter.

Tony-winning South Pacific star Szot will perform Jan. 10-28, 2012; Billy Stritch will musical direct.

Ebersole (Grey Gardens, 42nd Street) will return to the Carlyle for a Jan. 31-Feb. 25, 2012, engagement. She will offer a special Valentine's performance Feb. 14, 2012. John Oddo is musical director.

The Carlyle has also announced that acclaimed filmmaker and musician Woody Allen (currently represented with Broadway's Relatively Speaking) and the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band will continue to make music on Monday evenings at the nightlife hotspot Jan. 9-June 18, 2012.

Soul singer Bettye Lavette will also play an engagement at the Carlyle March 13-24, 2012. Alan Hill will be musical director.
