A bevy of female theatre stars will warble at Manhattan's 92nd Street Y this season. Ann Hampton Callaway, Amanda McBroom, Alix Korey and Karen Mason will all sing as part of the "Cabaret Uptown" series, which takes place on occasional Saturdays at 8:15 and 10:30 PM.

The program begins Nov. 18 with Swing! star Callaway and singer songwriter and Joe's Pub veteran McBroom. (This event has long been sold out).

Alix Korey, who made a hit as a wry lesbian in the Manhattan Theatre Club version of The Wild Party, will appear on Feb. 10. Joining her will be David Friedman, who will accompany Korey (No Way To Treat a Lady), as well as sing and play some of his own compositions.

Stage and cabaret star Karen Mason will arrive with the spring thaw, on March 17. Singer-songwriter-pianist Craig Carnelia will share the stage with her. Like Friedman, Carnelia will perform some of his own work.

Tickets are $35. The Y is located at 92nd Street and Lexington Avenue. For more information, call (212) 996-1100. --By Robert Simonson
