Garth Drabinsky (Livent Inc.) is inviting selected members of the press to a briefing and to view excerpts of Fosse, A Life in Song and Dance, their new musical-in-development.
The event, on the morning of February 24, will feature an exclusive preview of some of the show's dance numbers, performed by the Fosse workshop company, as well as an opportunity to meet with members of the creative team, including Richard Maltby Jr. and Chet Walker.
Maltby and Walker co-conceived and are co-directing the production; Walker was a Bob Fosse protege and is also re-creating his original choreography.
The last time Livent Inc. held this kind of workshop was for Ragtime.
