Classic Arts News Canadian Opera Company Holds Costume Sale April 22 Toronto's Canadian Opera Company will sell props and costumes from various past productions on April 22, the company announced.
Furniture and technical equipment will also be available.

Among the items on sale: a 12-foot harvest table from La traviata and statues from CosÐ fan tutte.

The sale takes place at the Joey and Toby Tanenbaum Opera Centre at 227 Front East Street between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Only cash will be accepted.

In a press release, the company notes that buyers must take immediate possession of purchases and suggests, "bring your own bag."
