Directed by Steve Reynolds, Wedding — the final production of Cape Rep's 2008 season — will play the Brewster, MA, venue through Dec. 7.

The cast features Lisa Canto, Ruby Wolf, Jack Kwaak, Kyle Anderson, Jeff Corn, Lesley Billingslea, Elizabeth Clark, Camra Godwin, Leanne McLaughlin, Nolan O'Connor and Toby Wilson.

"Set in 1945 in a small southern town," press notes state, "12 year old Frankie Adams, motherless since birth, is nurtured by the family's wise and loving black cook, Berenice. Her brother Jarvis's imminent marriage causes Frankie to act upon her yearning to belong and connect to a wider world." Member of the Wedding launched the career of Julie Harris, to whom this production is dedicated.

The design team includes set designer Robert Troie, lighting designer Christopher Ostrom and costume designer Robin McLaughlin. Travis Drageset is the stage manager.
