Carmel Quinn, the singer and actress, whose Wait Til I Tell You enjoyed a successful run at the Irish Repertory Theatre in 1997, ends her run in an new one-woman show, That and a Cup of Tea Dec. 9. Performances began Nov. 14. Richard Toth directs.

Co-written with Sean Fuller, That and a Cup of Tea brings to life Quinn's youth in Dublin as the child of a classical violinist and a bookie. Along with the funny and trying times she recounts, Quinn will sing Irish songs from her childhood.

Quinn starred in several stage musicals, including Finian's Rainbow, The Sound of Music, The Boy Friend and Wildcat. Her CDs and video recordings include "What a Wonderful World," "Carmel Quinn's Ireland," "Live in Concert" and "Let's Have an Irish Party."

Tickets are $25. The Irish Repertory Theatre is located at 132 West 22nd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. For reservations, call (212) 727 2737.
