Stage and screen star Carol Burnett will join the cast of AMC's Better Call Saul, appearing as a guest star in the final six episodes of the six-season series.
Burnett will appear as Marion in the series she describes as her "favorite show" in a statement. AMC is staying mum on further details of how the Once Upon a Mattress star will factor into the episodes.
Better Call Saul returns to AMC and AMC+ for its final six episodes, the second half of its sixth and final season, July 11, with the series finale set for August 15.
Best known for hosting her long-running comedy variety series The Carol Burnett Show, Burnett got her start as an unknown starring in Once Upon a Mattress Off-Broadway and later on the Main Stem. She went on to appear on Broadway in Fade Out—Fade In, Moon Over Buffalo, Putting It Together, and Love Letters.
