News Carol Kane, Kerry Butler, Megan Hilty, Darius de Haas, Alfred Uhry Honor Celia Weston Tonight at Joe's Pub Sonnet Repertory Theatre presents their 12th annual benefit and cabaret Nov. 23 at Joe's Pub to honor award-winning actress Celia Weston.

Weston first played Jolene Hunnicutt on the long-running CBS television series "Alice" and can currently be seen as Barb Tucker, Cam Tucker's mom, on the ABC sitcom "Modern Family" and in the FX series "American Horror Story: Freak Show."

Performers include Derrick Baskin (Memphis, The Little Mermaid), Tony nominee Kerry Butler (The Best Man, Catch Me If You Can), Brian Gallagher (Jekyll & Hyde), Darius de Haas (Marie Christine, Rent, Carousel, Kiss of the Spider Woman), Megan Hilty ("Smash"), Emmy Award winner Carol Kane (Harvey, Sly Fox, Wicked), David Miller (La Boheme, Il Divo - A Musical Affair), David Rasche (The Country House, Speed-the-Plow) and Tony Award-winning playwright and screenwriter Alfred Uhry (Driving Miss Daisy, Lovemusik, Parade, The Last Night of Ballyhoo).

The evening features video tributes from Linda Lavin, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet and Alfre Woodard.

Contributing composers to this one-night-only gala event include Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Flaherty, Will Reynolds, Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman and Ben Toth.

John Behlmann hosts the evening from 6-8:30 PM, and Rachael Gass is the production stage manager. Music direction is by Rick Hip-Flores.

All proceeds from the event support the company's 2015 key initiatives. Individual tickets begin at $75, $125 and $200 for VIP tickets. All tickets include complimentary beer, wine and SRT's signature cocktail. VIP tickets also include premiere seating and hors d'ouevres. The Joe's Pub food/drink minimum is not applicable for this event.
