News Caruso to Host Voices for Change Concert Aug. 18; Additional Performers Announced Jim Caruso — of Jim Caruso's Cast Party fame — will host tonight's "benefit to take back the White House," Voices for Change.

The Aug. 18 concert will be held at the intimate Ars Nova Theater on West 54th Street. Among those scheduled to lend their talents to the one-night-only event are James Barbour, Charles Busch, Cheyenne Jackson, Alix Korey, Phoebe Kreutz, Julie Halston, Julia Murney, Jack Noseworthy, Tom Wopat and Alexandra Kerry. Show time is 8 PM. The evening is part of Concerts for Change, the grassroots group organizing benefit performances to raise funds to elect John Kerry as President. Tickets for the concert are priced at $75, and all proceeds go to PAC Running for Change.

Jim Caruso is the winner of four MAC Awards and two BackStage Magazine Bistro Awards. A founding member of the jazz vocal and comedy trio Wiseguys, Caruso's solo debut recording, "Caruso Live and in Person," is available on the LML Music label.
