News   Cast Complete for World Premiere Alan Ball Play, All That I Will Ever Be
Victor Slezak, Kandiss Edmundson and David Margulies will join Peter Macdissi, Austin Lysy and Patch Darragh in the upcoming New York Theatre Workshop world premiere of Alan Ball's All That I Will Ever Be.

Jo Bonney (Some Girl(s), subUrbia) directs the debut, which is slated to begin previews at the downtown stage Jan. 17, 2007, and open Feb. 6 for a run through March 11.

From the Academy Award-winning pen of "American Beauty" writer (and "Six Feet Under" creator) comes Ball's first new play in more than a dozen years. The tale that unfolds is "seen through the eyes of two young men in Los Angeles, one a privileged native Angeleno (Lysy), the other an enigmatic immigrant from the Middle East (Macdissi)." previously reported on the casting of Macdissi ("Six Feet Under"), Lysy (The Water's Edge, Hobson's Choice) and Darragh (The Ruby Sunrise, Our Town). The ensemble will also feature Edmundson ("Inside Man," "C.S.I."), Margulies (Wonderful Town, Angels in America) and Slezak (The Graduate, Jackie).

The design team includes Neil Patel (scenic), Emilio Sosa (costumes), David Lander (lighting) and Darron L West (sound). Larry K. Ash serves as production stage manager.

The 2006-2007 NYTW lineup began with Thaddeus Phillips' ¡El Conquistador! and Martha Clarke's Kaos. The American premiere of René Pollesch's 24 Hours Are Not a Day will close out the season (April 2007).
