News Cast of Drama Dept.'s Rope Complete The cast of the Drama Dept.'s eight-week revival of Patrick Hamilton's Rope, the 1929 melodrama first known as Rope's End and inspired by the Leopold and Loeb murder case, is complete.

Joining the previously announced Ginifer King (Steel Magnolias), John Lavelle (The Graduate), Zack Orth (Woody Allen's "Melinda and Melinda") and Sam Trammell (a Tony Award nominee for Ah, Wilderness! at Lincoln Center) are Christopher Duva (The Elephant Man), Lois Markle, Neil Vipond (Strange Interlude) and Chandler Williams (The Mysteries at CSC).

Rope will begin Nov. 21 at the Zipper Theatre in midtown Manhattan. David Warren (The Dazzle, Fiction, Harmony) will direct the play, which will open Dec. 4 and end Jan. 15, 2006.
