The 5 PM performance will celebrate the release of the musical’s original Broadway cast recording. Scheduled to perform are Will Swenson, Olivier Award nominee Tony Sheldon, Nick Adams, C. David Johnson and "Divas” Jacqueline B. Arnold, Anastacia McCleskey and Ashley Spencer. The cast will also sign copies of the recording.
Produced by Stephen "Spud" Murphy and Frank Filipetti, the CD will be available in retail outlets nationwide April 5 with a list price of $18.98 (CD) and $11.99 (digital). The recording is also available by visiting www.rhino.com.
Following its acclaimed North American debut engagement in Toronto, the new stage musical began previews Feb. 28 and opened on Broadway at The Palace Theatre March 20.
