PlayBlog Catherine Zuber Talks Women on the Verge Costumes (Video) Tony Award-winning costume designer Catherine Zuber recently discussed her costumes for the upcoming musical Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown in an interview with WNET-13's "Sunday Arts" that looked at fashion at Lincoln Center.

Zuber describes her inspiration for the costumes for the musical, which is based on the iconic Pedro Almodovar film, and takes viewers to the costume shop and a photo shoot to illustrate the costumes' journey from start to finish.

Zuber holds five Tony Awards, for The Royal Family, South Pacific, The Coast of Utopia, Awake and Sing! and The Light in the Piazza. She has numerous other New York and regional credits.

The Lincoln Center production of Women on the Verge begins previews Oct. 8 at the Belasco Theater. The interview with Zuber is about 14 minutes into the video below:
