The composer-lyricist will be joined on the intimate stage of the famed jazz club by Adina Alexander (Wicked, The Wedding Singer), Donna Lynne Champlin (Sweeney Todd, Hollywood Arms), Laura Patinkin (Beau Jest, Fiddler on the Roof), David Perlman (Calvin Berger) and Alysha Umphress ("XL Star," Funked Up Fairy Tales). Show time is 7 PM. "What sets this show apart from the concerts I've been doing for the past few years," Blumenkrantz told Playbill.com, "is that, instead of presenting the same old songs from my songbook and podcast, I'll be premiering songs that have never been heard before: spec songs, cut songs, new songs, songs from abandoned projects [and] a song written as an assignment for my first year in the BMI Workshop."

In addition to Urban Cowboy, The Musical, Blumenkrantz contributed a song to Audra McDonald's "Seven Deadly Sins" concert at Carnegie Hall as well as a tune to the Transport Group's production of The Audience. His works have been performed by McDonald, Megan Mullally and Judy Kuhn. As an actor, Blumenkrantz appeared in the Broadway productions of Into the Woods, 3 Penny Opera, Damn Yankees, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying and A Class Act.
