Shields (Leap of Faith, The Addams Family, Wonderful Town) will present an award honoring leaders within the HIV/AIDS communities.
Jackson will offer musical performances alongside artists including Natasha Bedingfield, Nigel Kennedy, Lukas Plöchl, Eddie Cole, Rounder Girls and Dorretta Carter.
