Directed by Will Frears, the cast — according to the company's official website — will feature Dominic Chianese ("The Sopranos"), Halley Feiffer, Ian Kahn, Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox, Kelly McAndrew, Sarah Paulson, Matthew Rauch, Frederick Weller. Performances continue to Nov. 1.
"With her star on the rise, photographer Carrie Ann inexplicably shuts down at the pinnacle of her career," according to MCC. "Lost, and afraid to even pick up a camera, her sudden descent is interrupted by a whirlwind romance with Jeff, a trend analyst who becomes determined to help her move on, even while facing his own dark future."
The creative team includes David Cornis (scenic design), Sarah J. Holden (costume design), David Weiner (lighting design), Fitz Patton (sound design) and Michael Friedman (original music).
