CHICAGO -- The latest work from the highly creative Mary Zimmerman (of Arabian Nights and The Notebook of Leonardo da Vinci fame), Eleven Rooms of Proust will be presented at the Berger Park Mansion in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood. This world-premiere -- a co-production by About Face Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre and Northwestern University's Center for Interdisciplinary Research in the Arts -- opens April 29, its purpose to pay homage to Marcel Proust. The participatory performance piece will take audience members through various rooms of the mansion, each one depicting a different aspect of Proust's 3,000-page French classic "Remembrance of Things Past."
