News Chicago's Marriott Will Welcome Harold Hill, Tevye, Man in Chair and More in 2010 The Marriott Theatre, the popular company in Lincolnshire, IL, announced a 2010 35th-anniversary season to include Fiddler on the Roof, The Drowsy Chaperone, Once On This Island, A Chorus Line and The Music Man.

Directed by David H. Bell, with music direction by Doug Peck, Fiddler on the Roof (music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, and book by Joseph Stein) will star award-winning actor Ross Lehman as Tevye Feb. 17-April 25, 2010.

The Drowsy Chaperone, a "musical within a comedy," debuted on Broadway in 2006, winning seven Drama Desk Awards and five Tony Awards. The show-within-a-show features a zany book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar and a toe-tapping score by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison (who all won Tonys for their work). This is the Chicago regional premiere. Marc Robin will direct and choreograph, April 28-June 27, 2010).

Once on this Island the tropical fairy tale by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty will play June 30-Aug. 29, 2010.

A Chorus Line, the Pulitzer Prize-winning backstage musical, will play Sept. 1-Oct. 31.
