The slew of celebrities will visit the ABC morning news program to fill in for co-host Robin Roberts, who departed the show following the Aug. 30 broadcast.

Robins, who was scheduled to begin her medical leave Aug. 31 to treat her recently diagnosed myelodisplastic syndrome — a rare form of leukemia — left a day early to be with her family due to her mother's recent death.

"See you soon. I will get back as fast as I can," said Roberts, who will undergo a bone-marrow transplant while on medical leave.

Other guest anchors include Kelly Ripa, Diane Sawyer, Katie Couric, Barbara Walters and Elizabeth Vargas. They will join "GMA" anchors Josh Elliott, Sam Champion, George Stephanopoulos and Lara Spencer.
