Campbell will play Greg Ivey on eight of the series' final ten episodes.
The actor is known for his roles in the motion picture "Trick" and the Showtime film "Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical." He received an L.A. Drama Critics Circle Award for his performance in the stage version of the latter in Los Angeles.
Other stage credits include the national tour of tick, tick … BOOM!, Magnetic North and Great Expectations. Television credits include "All My Children," "The Book of Daniel," "The $treet" and "Malibu Shores," among others.
The final season of "Big Love" will premiere Jan. 16 on HBO.
