News Christopher Fitzgerald, Marin Mazzie, Douglas Sills, James Snyder Sing Ahrens and Flaherty's A Man of No Importance Tonight 54 Below's "54 Sings" series continues March 15 with the Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens musical A Man of No Importance, which won the 2003 Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical.

The 7 PM and 9:30 PM concerts feature two-time Tony Award nominee Christopher Fitzgerald, three-time Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie, Tony nominee Douglas Sills, Tony and Olivier winner Jim Norton, Rose Hemingway and James Snyder with Ryan Andes, Klea Blackhurst, Lauren Blackman, Janet Dickinson, Aaron Galligan-Stierle, Jennifer Simard and Andy Taylor.

Produced and directed by T. Oliver Reid, the evening has musical direction by Shawn Gough.

"Join 54 Below as we celebrate Tony Award winners Terrence McNally, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty’s musical A Man Of No Importance," press notes state, which is "based on the 1994 Albert Finney film, about an amateur theatre group in Dublin, Ireland and their leader, Alfie Byrne, who is determined to stage Oscar Wilde’s Salome despite the objections of church authorities."
