Part of the Broadway at Birdland series, the concert is scheduled to begin at 7 PM.
James will be joined on stage by special guests Christopher Jackson, Sharon Clark and Katie Thompson. The artists will be backed by Chris Fenwick on piano, Mat Fieldes on bass, Damien Bassman on drums, Eric Davis on guitar and Sean Nowell on sax.
James has also been seen on Broadway in The Addams Family.
Tickets are $25 (with a $10 minimum) and can be purchased by visiting birdlandjazz.com. Birdland is located at 315 West 44th Street.
