Classic Arts News Cincinnati Ballet Executive Director to Step Down Susan Redman-Regstorf, executive director of Cincinnati Ballet since 2004, will step down on August 1, the company announced.
Redman-Regstorf will become national vice president for development at the National Conference for Community Justice, a non-profit anti-racism organization.

Cincinnati Ballet will launch a national search for her successor, board president Otto M. Budig Jr. said in a press release. "We are grateful to Susan for her leadership and her many contributions to Cincinnati ballet during her tenure," he added.

Redman-Regstorf joined the company in 2002 as director of development and became executive director in February 2004. According to the company, she reorganized the company and its school and balanced two consecutive budgets. The company's Mickey Jarson Kaplan Performance Studio also opened under her leadership.
