News Claybourne Elder and Noah Bean to Star in Tennessee Williams' One Arm for The New Group Casting has been announced for Tony Award nominee Moisés Kaufman's stage adaptation of the unproduced Tennessee Williams screenplay One Arm, which will begin performances May 19 Off-Broadway.

The New Group and the Tectonic Theater Project present the limited engagement, which will feature Noah Bean, KC Comeaux, Claybourne Elder, Steven Hauck, Todd Lawson, Christopher McCann, Greg Pierotti and Larisa Polonsky.

Kaufman (Bengal Tiger, 33 Variations, Laramie Project) will also direct the production that officially opens June 9 for a run through July 2 at the Acorn Theatre on Theatre Row.

According to the New Group, One Arm "follows Ollie, a young boxing champ who loses his arm and turns to hustling to survive."
