News Colella, Horne, Kreeger and More Will Join Rimalower Underground Oct. 6 Saturday Night Underground, the new variety show hosted by director Ben Rimalower at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, will continue Oct. 6.

The series, which features interviews with and performances by a host of New York personalities, begins at 11 PM. Those scheduled to be part of the upcoming three-hour evening include singer/songwriters Daniel Cartier, Elizabeth Harper and Lance Horne, High Fidelity's Jenn Colella, At Least It's Pink's Bridget Everett, "Last Comic Standing"'s Michelle Buteau, LOGO's Wendy Ho and Les Miz stars Doug Kreeger and Haviland Stilwell.

Christopher D. Littlefield will be the pianist for the evening, which will also include an appearance by the "girl group" The Dreams.

Upcoming Underground evenings are also planned for Nov. 10 and Dec. 1.

In New York Ben Rimalower has directed The Fabulous Life of a Size Zero; Joy; Snoopy!; And/or; Sodom the Musical; Look Ma, No Ears and staged readings for Second Stage, The York and EST. He also conceived and directed the award-winning Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within the West Bank Café at 407 West 42nd Street at Ninth Avenue. There is no cover charge.
