The Sept. 4 telethon, which has been streamlined from over 21 hours into a six-hour event, will begin airing live at 6 PM from the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas. It marks the 46th annual presentation of the telethon that raises awareness and funding for neuromuscular disease.

Green (West Side Story, "So You Think You Can Dance") and Kanyok also appeared in the Broadway production of Come Fly Away and repeat their work for the national tour, which began Aug. 2 at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta.

The two will perform "That's Life" and "One for My Baby" as part of the event. Also scheduled to appear are the Off-Broadway cast of Voca People, who will offer highlights from the musical, as well as Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Steven Tyler, Randy Jackson, Jordin Sparks, Greyson Chance, Darius Rucker and Richie Sambora.
