News Complete Casting Announced for Stages St. Louis' Little Women Casey Erin Clark will star as Jo March in the Stages St. Louis production of the musical Little Women, which begins performances Dec. 5.

Featuring a book by Allan Knee ("Finding Neverland"), music by Jason Howland and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, Little Women will be directed by Stages artistic director Michael Hamilton. Performances will continue through Dec. 20 at the Roberts Orpheum Theatre.

Clark, seen in the Off-Broadway musical Frankenstein last season, will be joined onstage by Mary Jane Raleigh as Marmee, Christy Morton as Meg March, Pamela Brumley as Beth March, Cary Michelle Miller as Amy March, Ben Nordstrom as Laurie, Michael Sean Lewis as Professor Bhaer, Sean Hayden as Mr. Brooke, Gary Lindemann as Mr. Laurence, Zoe Vonder Haar as Aunt March and Kari Ely as Mrs. Kirk. The cast also features Becca Kloha and Bill Lynch.

Dana Lewis choreographs Little Women, with musical direction by Lisa Campbell Albert, scenic design by James Wolk, costume design by Lou Bird, lighting design by Matthew McCarthy and orchestral design by Stuart M. Elmore.

Based on the beloved Louisa May Alcott novel, the Civil War-era musical follows the lives of the March sisters. Little Women premiered on Broadway in 2005, starring Tony winner Sutton Foster and Maureen McGovern.
