News Complete Casting Announced for Tour of Peter and the Starcatcher Complete casting has been announced forPhoenix Entertainment's upcoming non-Equity tour of Peter and the Starcatcher, which kicks off in New Haven, CT, Jan. 29 at the Shubert Theater.

The tour cast features Bryan Welnicki (Boy), Joe Beuerlein (Black Stache), Aisling Halpin (Molly), James Crichton (Prentiss), Thomas Demarcus (Fighting Prawn), Tim Hackney (Mrs. Bumbrake), Andy Ingalls(Lord Aster), Nick Lehan (Ted), Gabe Martinez (Slank), Mickey Rafalski(Captain Scott), Shaun Rice (Alf), Andrew Sklar (Smee), Marc Cornes, Magarin Hobson, Nic Marrone and Elizabeth Wyld.

Written by Tony Award nominee Rick Elice, the tour is based on the original direction by by Tony Award winner Roger Rees and Tony Award nominee Alex Timbers, re-created by Shawn Pennington, and original movement by Steven Hoggett, re-created by Patrick McCollum.

Peter and the Starcatcher, according to press notes, "is the innovative and imaginative comedy based on the best-selling novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. A company of a dozen actors play more than a hundred unforgettable characters, all on a journey to answer the century-old question: How did Peter Pan become The Boy Who Never Grew Up? This epic origin story of popular culture's most enduring and beloved character proves that your imagination is the most captivating place in the world."

The design team of includes Donyale Werle (scenic design), Paloma Young (costume design), Jeff Croiter (lighting design) and Darron L West (sound design), who all won Tony Awards for their work on the show. The production also features music by Wayne Barker and music supervision by Andy Grobengieser.
