News Constant Wife Finds New Home at London's Lyric Theatre

The 1920's Somerset Maugham comedy-drama about the battle of the sexes is as fresh as when he first wrote it, as the basic ingredients of love, sex and money are as central to people's lives now as they were 80 years ago.

Edward Hall's production has now moved from the Apollo to the Lyric, making way for the revival of Anthony Shaffer's Sleuth.

The Constant Wife has had a cast change as part of this move, though Jenny Seagrove remains in the title role in this beautifully set, dressed and lit revival of one of the most enjoyable plays of the 1920's.
