HOUSTON -- Yee ha! On Saturday, Feb. 14, 9 AM - 1 PM, 200 guests with $35 to pony up can watch the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo parade from the Alley Theatre's outdoor fourth floor balcony, and chow down for free while doing so, since the roughriders saunter right by the Tony Award-winning regional theater on their downtown trail. Proceeds go to the Alley Theatre.
This is the first time ever vicarious "pardners" have been afforded such a vantage point. A full complementary buffet of brunch-type victuals will be served, and a cash bar will be provided, though don't count on any sarsaparilla.
The rodeo parade brunch is being sponsored by the Alley Theatre Guild, theater-loving volunteers who participate in fundraising, community outreach, actor hospitality, opening-night parties, and other special events.
For tickets, $35, to the Alley Theatre Guild's rodeo parade brunch, call (713) 223-1505
