Crime or Emergency — running Jan. 11-13, 2008 — "distills Kempson's 11-person play into a rapturous, desperate and harried duet," production notes state. "Inner personal violences take hold and multiply. Witness the life-or death hoo-ha that threatens to be swallowed whole by Iveson's demonic arrangements of the indigenous music of their native New Jersey."
