Tandy Cronyn is Dr. Vivian Bearing in the Tennessee premiere of Margaret Edson's Wit, the Pulitzer Prize-winner about a literature professor's battle with ovarian cancer, at Tennessee Repertory Theatre in Nashville, Sept. 20-Oct. 7.

The daughter of theatrical royalty, Jessica Tandy and Hume Cronyn, Cronyn has worked at some of North America's most prestigious theatres, including the Stratford Festival in Ontario, Denver Center Theatre Company, the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, Yale Repertory Theatre, as well as on Broadway and off.

Todd Olson directs Wit at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center's Polk Theatre. Cronyn previously appeared in Wit with PlayMakers Repertory Theatre in North Carolina.

The cast also includes Cecil Jones, Barbara Redmond, Julie Rowe, Todd Denning, Heather Corwin, Stephanie Vickers, Thomas C. Williams II, Matt Chiorini, Heather Corwin.
