News Curtin and Sheffer to Read Selected Shorts July 19 in Manhattan A special free presentation of Symphony Space's Selected Shorts series will be offered July 19 at Pier I in Manhattan.

Part of the annual Summer on the Hudson festival, the 4 PM reading will boast the talents of Emmy Award winner Jane Curtin and Symphony Space co-founder Isaiah Sheffer. Curtin will read the M.F.K. Fisher story "I Was Really Very Hungry," and Sheffer will read Robertson Davies' "The Cat That Went to Trinity."
