News Dana Ivey, Bryce Pinkham, Juliet Rylance Set for Reading of The Admirable Crichton Red Bull Theater will present a staged reading of The Admirable Crichton by J.M. Barrie April 29 at 7:30 PM at the Lucille Lortel Theater.

Adapted and directed by Marc Vietor, the performance will feature live music, acoustic effects and surprise appearances.

This adaptation will feature Bill Army, Hannah Cabell, Carson Elrod, Dana Ivey, Paul Niebanck, Bryce Pinkham, Pearl Rhein, Juliet Rylance, Phillipa Soo, David Turner and Paxton Whitehead.

"'Downton Abbey' meets 'Survivor' in this brilliant satire in which class and character are cataclysmically up-ended, from the creator of 'Peter Pan'," according to press notes.

The original production by Barrie was written in 1902 and ran at the Duke of York's Theatre in London for 828 performances.
