According to Deadline, the new channel will debut in the fall and be subscription-based.

Dance Network will reportedly feature programming devoted to all forms of movement and dance, including exercise and sport. Three of the network's launch shows were announced on Deadline: "Travelling Dancer," showcasing dance styles from around the globe; "To The Stage," a show inspired by "Glee" that documents real-life competitive choirs; and "Steady Mobbin'" about flash mobs.

The full slate of programs will be announced before the official launch in October.

The channel will be available on web browsers, iOS and Android devices, and Roku. Plans to expand to set-top boxes, video-game consoles and other platforms are also in the works.
