The 7:30 PM performance will mark the last time the young actor publicly celebrates his love for such "divas" as Marla Schaffel, Maya Days, Liza Minnelli, Ellen Greene, Princess Diana, Fran Drescher and "The Golden Girls." D'Angora began his diva journey when Divas I've Done premiered at Don't Tell Mama in July 2003. Since that time he has played successful engagements at L.A.'s Room 5 Lounge, Boston's Club Café and Provincetown's Meeting House Theatre. D'Angora's show includes tributes, original parodies, standards and stories. One highlight is a parody of Little Shop of Horrors' "Somewhere That's Green," entitled "Somewhere That's Pink."
Divas I've Done features direction by Michael Duling, piano accompaniment by Tracy Stark, percussion by Ken Benshish and back-up vocals by Noel Cody, Sally Schwab and Ariana Schulman.
