News Daniel Beaty's Through the Night Extends at Off-Broadway's Westside Theatre Through the Night, the solo show written and performed by Obie Award winner Daniel Beaty, has added two performances to its Off-Broadway run at the Westside Theatre, producer Daryl Roth announced March 10.

The production, which plays Monday nights at the Westside, will now perform March 21 and 28 before concluding its limited run. Through the Night began its run at the Westside Jan. 24, following its acclaimed original engagement at the Union Square Theatre, which opened Sept. 26, 2010, and concluded Dec. 5. Through the Night is directed by Charles Randolph-Wright. The show's creative team includes scenic, projection and lighting designer Alexander V. Nichols and sound designer and composer Lindsay Jones. Through the Night is produced in association with Jana Robbins.

According to press notes, Beaty "portrays an entire cast of characters, from inquisitive boy to elder preacher, spinning a tale in which lives collide to show how hope, faith and love can pull anyone Through the Night."
