Anything Goes, which is being produced in association with Stage Entertainment, will begin performances Nov. 28 prior to an official opening Dec. 8, for a run through Jan. 17, 2015. Evans, who has previously directed the last two Christmas musicals, My Fair Lady and Oliver!, will direct, with choreography by Alistair David. The show, which has music and lyrics by Cole Porter and an original book by P.G. Wodehouse and Guy Bolton, will be produced in the new version by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman that was originally produced at New York's Lincoln Center Theater.
This is My Family will begin performances Oct. 9 prior to an official opening Oct. 13, for a run through Oct. 18, ahead of a national tour. Its debut last year won it the UK Theatre Award for Best Musical Production. It is characterized in press materials as being about "close relatives. Dream holiday. Total nightmare."
The creative team includes designer Richard Kent, musical director Caroline Humphris, lighting designer David Plater, sound designer Nick Greenhill and movement director Lucy Hind.
