News Danieley, Plimpton and Thorell Join Lipton for June 3 Concert Composer Dan Lipton presents an evening of his original music June 3 at the Ars Nova.

Part of the "Uncharted" series at the Ars Nova, the evening will begin at 10 PM. Lipton will be joined onstage by Broadway favorites Jason Danieley, Clark Thorell and Martha Plimpton as well as Chicago jazz singer Colby Beserra, Brazilian jazz guitarist Eliane, fellow Don't Quit Your Night Job creator Steve Rosen and TastiSkank (Kate Reinders and Sarah Litzsinger). Dan Lipton, a co-creator of Don't Quit Your Night Job, was recently the pianist for the acclaimed Tom Stoppard trilogy The Coast of Utopia. He has penned songs with Gavin Creel, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Brian d'Arcy James, Sloan Just and David Rossmer.
