Playwright Drollinger will play Lindsay in a cast that also includes Clayton Dean Smith, Brandon Olson, Cindy Goldfield, Emily McGowan and Brian Reiss.

Described as a "multi-media, gender bending theatrical experience," playwright Drollinger has structured the show show using only published text from tabloids, magazines, entertainment TV and internet gossip sites.

"From starlet to harlot, from hottie to hot mess, from fashion plate to prison inmate," press notes state, "Lindsay Lohan has been the subject of arguably one of the most publicized rise and falls in showbiz history. The youngest person to host the MTV movie awards and earning over 7 million a picture before she turned 18, Lindsay had it all, but her love/hate relationship with the paparazzi played a significant role in her seemingly out-of-control spiral. The money, the fame, the feuds, the media hungry parents, the lesbian lover, the insatiable paparazzi, 5 trips to rehab, two DUI’s, possession of cocaine, shoplifting, physical abuse and even carjacking - all played out in the public eye - will be reinterpreted for the stage; and will include other such luminaries as Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Hillary Duff, Jessica Simpson, Scarlett Johansson, Samantha Ronson, Dina and Michael Lohan, Tina Fey, Jane Fonda, Leslie Sloan Zelnick, and Wilmer Valderrama."

This Equity-approved showcase will feature costume design by Ramona Ponce, sets and puppets by Michael Wilson Morgan and choreography by John Paolillo.

La MaMa, E.T.C. is located at 74A East 4th Street. For tickets, priced $18/$13 students and seniors, call (212) 475-7710 or visit www.lamama.org.
