News Dates and Cast for Macchio's 'How To Succeed' Tour The new Broadway production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying begins its national tour at The Mechanic Theatre in Baltimore, May 28 - June 9 with film star Ralph Macchio (The Karate Kid, My Cousin Vinnie) in the leading role of J. Pierrepont Finch.

The new Broadway production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying begins its national tour at The Mechanic Theatre in Baltimore, May 28 - June 9 with film star Ralph Macchio (The Karate Kid, My Cousin Vinnie) in the leading role of J. Pierrepont Finch.

Also in the cast will be Pam Blair (from the original cast of A Chorus Line) as Hedy La Rue, Shauna Hicks as Rosemary, Susann Fletcher as Smitty, Roger Bart as Frump, John Deyle as Bert Bratt, Richard Thomsen as J.B. Biggley and Michael Cone as Twimble/Womper.

Like the Broadway production of Frank Loesser's musical satire on corporate culture, the tour will be directed by Des McAnuff. Macchio has appeared off-Broadway in Only Kidding! and Cuba and His Teddy Bear.
