A Simulacrum, the newest play from Tony nominee Lucas Hnath, will now open at the Atlantic Theater Company June 14. The production will begin performances May 25, for a limited engagement through June 25.
A metaplay, A Simulacrum explores when illusionist Steve Cuiffo showed Hnath a series of magic tricks while the pair were collaborating on Dana H. The piece stars Cuiffo, and features direction by Hnath.
A Simulacrum features scenic design by Louisa Thompson, costume design by Qween Jean, lighting design by Tyler Micoleau, and sound design by Mikhail Fiksel.
