Here's how the event is billed: "Rockwell and O'Brien will engage in a conversation on the transformation of the theater and set design. As the stage and the audience have become one, the theater has evolved into a flexible space with multiple points of interaction. New technologies, including digital media, have brought another dimension to the theater experience. Led by Chee Pearlman, an internationally regarded design editor, the panel will discuss their work and collaborations, including Hairspray, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Catch Me If You Can. In addition to the panel, there will be a book signing for David's newest publication, 'What If...?: The Architecture and Design of David Rockwell.'"
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door. The Center for Architecture is located at 536 LaGuardia Place.
