Schwimmer, whose previous theatre work includes co-founding Chicago’s Looking Glass Theater Company, will play a man who decides to visit four ex-girlfriends before agreeing to become engaged. The show will run until August 13. Opening is May 24. The woman are played by Saffron Burrows (as Bobbi), Lesley Manville (Lindsay), Sara Powell (Tyler) and Catherine Tate (Sam). David Grindley directs.

The show will play at the same time as another LaBute show. This Is How It Goes gets its U.K. premiere at the Donmar Warehouse beginning May 31. Moises Kaufman is set to direct. That show is also about relationships – according to the Donmar’s website, it “dissects an inter-racial love triangle whilst questioning our notions of truth.”

This Is How It Goes had its debut Off-Broadway at the Public Theater earlier this year.
